Revenue from operations grew 30.1% year-on-year to ₹356.5 crore, against ₹274.1 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, driven by international growth and robust deal momentum.
EBITDA rose 7.1% year-on-year to ₹122 crore, compared with ₹113.7 crore a year ago. However, EBITDA margin contracted to 34.2%, from 41.5% in the year-ago quarter, reflecting the current stage of Ascent’s growth trajectory, planned annual increments and lower mark-to-market gains.
Diluted earnings per share stood at ₹4.34, down 2.6% year-on-year.
International and other investor solutions core revenue surged 192.1% year-on-year, while Ascent Fund Services revenue grew 32.0% year-on-year. The number of international clients increased to 511, comprising 394 from Ascent and 117 from KFintech SEA. Overall AUM grew 389.9% year-on-year to $49.6 billion.
Commenting on the results, Sreekanth Nadella, Managing Director and CEO, KFin Technologies Limited, said revenue growth was strong, led by sustained momentum in the company’s international business, both organic and through Ascent Fund Services, along with several new mandates from clients with AUM exceeding $100 million. He added that margins are expected to expand as Ascent scales and synergies are realised, while the Issuer Solutions business followed a typical seasonal pattern with a softer first quarter.
The company added 672 new corporate clients under issuer solutions during the quarter, with the number of alternate funds at 757 and NPS subscriber base growing to 2.3 million, up 39.4% year-on-year.
Shares of KFin Technologies closed at ₹859.00 on the NSE, down 1.07% or ₹9.25, as on July 24, 2026.
