Kolte-Patil Q4 sales at ₹714 cr, collections hit record ₹834 cr; FY26 sales at ₹2,605 cr


Realty firm Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd on Thursday (April 16) reported Q4 FY26 sales of ₹714 crore and record collections of ₹834 crore, marking a 13% year-on-year rise in sales and an 18% increase in collections.

Quarterly sales grew 18% sequentially, driven by strong response to new launches along with portfolio-wide sustenance sales. For the full year FY26, the company recorded sales of ₹2,605 crore.

Collections remained strong, with annual collections reaching a record ₹2,689 crore, up 11% year-on-year. The company said steady sales momentum and disciplined construction execution supported a five-year CAGR of 19% in collections.

Life Republic, the company’s flagship integrated township project, continued to see demand, contributing 0.37 million square feet of sales in Q4 FY26 and 1.78 million square feet in FY26.

On the supply side, Kolte-Patil launched around 1 million square feet in Q4 FY26, taking total launches for FY26 to about 4.6 million square feet. Average price realisation reached ₹9,601 per square feet in Q4 FY26, rising 10% quarter-on-quarter and 21% year-on-year. For FY26, realisation stood at ₹8,314 per square feet, up 7% from the previous year.

During FY26, the company also acquired projects in Bhugaon with an aggregate gross development value of about ₹2,250 crore, spanning nearly 3 million square feet. The micro-market is seeing demand supported by infrastructure upgrades, improved connectivity to employment hubs, relative affordability, and preference for low-density, nature-integrated living.

Rajesh Patil, Managing Director, Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd, said, “FY26 has been a defining year for the Company with the onboarding of Blackstone as a strategic partner. This strategic transition lays the foundation for future growth as we redefine guardrails to improve efficiencies and governance across functions.

During the year under review, we continued to witness steady demand across key micro-markets, underscoring the resilience of the residential real estate sector. Sales remained steady at 2,605 crore while strong execution momentum supported milestone collections of 2,689 crore.”

Shares of Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd ended at ₹347.05, up by ₹6.95, or 2.04%, on the BSE.
