Krystal Integrated Services bags ₹24 crore Maharashtra Sadan facility management order


Integrated facility management services provider Krystal Integrated Services Ltd on Wednesday (June 10) said it has received a ₹24.38 crore work order from the Office of Resident Commissioner, Maharashtra Sadan, for providing facility management services in New Delhi.

The contract involves mechanised housekeeping services at the front office, management, reception, and maintenance of engineering services at both the new and old Maharashtra Sadan. The order has been awarded for a period of four years, as per the company’s regulatory filing dated June 10, 2026.

The work order dated June 09, 2026, has an approximate contract value of ₹24.38 crore, including all taxes. The company stated that the order is in the ordinary course of business. The contract is domestic in nature and has been awarded by a domestic entity.

The company clarified that the promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity. It also stated that the order does not fall under related party transactions and is not with any related party.

Fourth Quarter Results

Krystal Integrated Services reported an 11.3 per cent rise in profit after tax (PAT) to ₹188.49 crore in the March quarter. Revenue from operations, however, declined 11.66% to ₹3,649.38 from ₹4,131.02 crore a year earlier, the company said.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹237.75 crore during the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year, as against ₹267.52 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting the company’s strategy to bid selectively for high-margin projects, it said.

EBITDA margin improved 3 basis points to 6.51% during the quarter under review, compared to 6.48% a year earlier, KISL said. For the entire 2025-26 fiscal year, the company posted a PAT of ₹643.51 crore.

“FY26 reflects steady progress in our transition towards a more resilient, margin-accretive business model. The corporate segment continues to be our key growth driver with over 177 new corporate clients added during the year, and the combined multi-year new business value from these additions stands at over ₹300 crore,” Sanjay Dighe, CEO & Whole-Time Director, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, said.

Shares of Krystal Integrated Services Ltd ended at ₹575.25, down by ₹2.75, or 0.48%, on the BSE.
