“This is to inform that KSB Limited has received a significant export order from Dangote Projects Free Zone Enterprise for the supply of a boiler feed pump package.
The order reinforces KSB’s strong capabilities in delivering high-efficiency, engineered pumping solutions for critical process applications and further strengthens its presence in the international fertiliser and energy sectors,” according to a stock exchange filing.

The order involves the supply of boiler feed pump packages, with delivery scheduled between September 2027 and March 2028. Payment will be made after installation. The order has been awarded by an international entity and will be executed between September 2027 and March 2028.
KSB said the order does not involve any interest of its promoter, promoter group or group companies in the awarding entity. It also does not fall under related-party transactions.
KSB Ltd, founded in 1960 and headquartered in Pune, is a manufacturer of centrifugal pumps and industrial valves in India. The company operates multiple manufacturing facilities across locations such as Pimpri, Chinchwad, Khandala, Vambori, Coimbatore, and Sinnar.

Shares of KSB Ltd ended at ₹854.00, up by ₹54.10, or 6.76%, on the BSE.
