L&T dividend 2026: Larsen & Toubro, a major engineering and construction firm, has reported a 3 per cent YoY decline in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year. The company has also announced a final dividend for its shareholders.
The company has said in an exchange filing that the board has a recommendation of a final dividend of Rs 38/- per share of the face value Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company has fixed Friday, May 22, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of members for the proposed final dividend, according to exchange filing.
