Revenue from operations rose 23.3% year-on-year to ₹2,003 crore from ₹1,624.6 crore, while EBITDA climbed 51.6% to ₹115.7 crore.
The company’s EBITDA margin expanded to 5.78% from 4.70% a year ago, reflecting improved operating leverage, tighter cost discipline and better customer-level profitability.
Following the earnings announcement, shares of Mahindra Logistics Ltd. jumped to an intraday high of ₹420, marking a gain of around 7.6% from the day’s opening price of ₹390.30. The stock later pared some gains to trade at ₹403, up over 4% on the NSE as of 1:51 pm.
The Contract Logistics business remained the key growth driver, with revenue increasing 26% year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 31%. The company attributed the performance to operating efficiencies, disciplined cost management, sustained improvement in customer profitability and stronger operating leverage.
The Express business continued its turnaround, recording 58% year-on-year revenue growth and 10% sequential growth, supported by higher shipment volumes and improved pricing. The segment also posted its fourth consecutive quarter of improvement in gross margins and EBITDA.
Meanwhile, the Mobility business expanded 38% year-on-year, aided by new customer additions in the B2B segment, with EBITDA growing 8% over the same period. Warehouse space under management increased to 21.9 million square feet, up by 1.52 million square feet from the previous quarter following the addition of new customer sites.
Commenting on the performance, Managing Director and CEO Hemant Sikka said the June quarter reflected the company’s transition from a transformation phase to a growth phase, with strong revenue growth, a return to profitability and improving business fundamentals.
He added that momentum was driven by continued strength in contract logistics, significant progress in the express business turnaround and sustained operational improvements across the network. Sikka said Mahindra Logistics remains focused on profitable growth, technology-led execution and strengthening its position as India’s leading integrated logistics services provider.
