Manipal Health Enterprises IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 9,275.22 crores. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue of 13.56 crore shares aggregating to Rs 8,000.00 crores and an offer for sale of 2.16 crore shares aggregating to Rs 1,275.22 crores.
