The company posted a net profit after tax of ₹50.93 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹49.02 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, marking an increase of about 3.9%.
Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹145.04 crore against ₹ 143.55 crore in Q4 FY25, while total income declined slightly to ₹162.79 crore from ₹166.79 crore a year ago due to lower other income.
On the expenditure front, total expenses declined to ₹88.34 crore from ₹90.28 crore in Q4 FY25, supporting bottom-line growth.
Rakesh Verma, Chairman & Managing Director, MapmyIndia, commenting on the Q4 and FY26 results, said “Compared to Q3 FY26, the fourth quarter delivered a strong sequential improvement, with revenue growing by 55%,
EBITDA increasing by 141.9%, and PAT also growing by 171.3%. Q4FY26 EBITDA margin has expanded 460bps YoY to 44.6%and PAT margin has expanded 230 bps YoY to 31.3%.”
He added that the company witnessed a meaningful reversal in business trajectory during Q4 after a gradual softening in momentum through the first three quarters of FY26.
He said the March quarter marked a positive inflection point with improving business activity and stronger execution, adding that the company remains optimistic about sustaining the renewed growth momentum in FY27, supported by an order pipeline of over ₹1,750 crore, improved visibility and rising demand across businesses.
The board approved the declaration and payment of a final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, representing 175% for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of C.E. Info Systems Ltd closed at ₹967.95, up ₹28.85 or 3.07%, ahead of the announcement of the company’s quarterly results.
