MHT CET merit list released 2026: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released the MHT CET 2026 provisional merit list for candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering and technology courses through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Applicants can now check their provisional ranks on the official admission portal and report any errors before the final merit list is published.The provisional merit list has been uploaded on the CAP admission portal for candidates applying to BE, BTech and integrated Master of Engineering and Technology programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. The list also comprises the ranking of the candidates who have succeeded in the process of registration and verification of documents.The CET Cell has asked the candidates to check their personal information along with other admission-related information in the merit list.
Grievance window open till July 25
The candidates having found any irregularities in the Provisional Merit List may lodge their objections on the internet from July 23 to July 25, 2026. This means that the candidates may apply for correction in case of any mistake in their name, category, merit ranking or any other document. The CET Cell would look into all genuine objections before compiling the final merit list.
Final merit list on July 27
After considering the grievances submitted by candidates, the CET Cell will publish the final merit list on July 27, 2026. The final list will be used for seat allotment under the Centralised Admission Process for participating engineering colleges across Maharashtra.
