Mphasis unveils ‘Tria’ enterprise AI platform, launches new product lines

Mphasis acquires Theory and Practice Business Intelligence to boost decision intelligence capabilities

Mphasis on May 27 launched “Mphasis Tria”, an enterprise agency platform aimed at helping businesses scale AI-led decision-making and operational execution across technology, commercial and business functions.

The company said the platform is designed to move enterprises beyond AI experimentation into “governed, accountable and outcome-oriented actions” through a combination of enterprise knowledge systems, reasoning engines and agentic execution capabilities.

Alongside the launch of Tria, Mphasis also introduced two new market-facing product lines — “Mphasis Modernize” and “Mphasis Optimize” — which will be deployed across enterprise transformation projects.

According to the company, the platform is built on a three-layer architecture comprising “Insight”, “Foresight” and “Execute”. The Insight layer structures enterprise data and processes into a contextual intelligence system, while the Foresight layer enables reasoning, simulation and optimisation through AI-driven decision intelligence. The Execute layer focuses on workflow orchestration and enterprise automation.

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Nitin Rakesh said enterprises increasingly require systems that can convert intelligence into “coordinated, accountable actions” rather than relying solely on standalone AI models or automation tools.

The launch also reflects Mphasis’ broader strategy of shifting towards scalable, platform-led offerings with recurring revenue potential, moving beyond traditional bespoke services engagements.
