Net profit for the January-March quarter rose 3.5% year-on-year to ₹35.4 crore from ₹34.2 crore a year earlier. Revenue increased 8.9% to ₹485.8 crore compared with ₹446 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Operating performance remained stable, with EBITDA rising 11% year-on-year to ₹61.7 crore from ₹55.6 crore. EBITDA margin improved marginally to 12.7% from 12.5% in the year-ago quarter.
Following the earnings announcement, shares of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities pared losses from the day’s low to trade largely flat on the NSE.
The company’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.70 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, translating to 35% for FY26. The dividend will be paid after shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
The Q4 performance follows a steady December quarter as well. In Q3 FY26, net profit had risen 10% year-on-year to ₹38 crore, while revenue grew 8.4% to ₹533.3 crore. EBITDA during the quarter increased 11.4% to ₹68.3 crore, with margins expanding to 12.8%.

Mrs Bectors Food Specialities manufactures and sells biscuits and bakery products under brands such as Cremica and English Oven, catering to both domestic and international markets.
