The contracts include the construction of a Mega Education Complex in Keonjhar district, valued at ₹70.59 crore, and works for DD University, also part of the Mega Education Complex in Keonjhar, worth ₹17.24 crore. Both projects have been awarded by the District Mineral Foundation, Keonjhar.
HSCL has also secured two contracts from the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for the construction of new Kendriya Vidyalaya campuses in Angul and Sambalpur districts. Each contract is valued at ₹35.56 crore.
The latest order wins further strengthen NBCC’s project pipeline in the education and public infrastructure segments.

Earlier this month, NBCC announced fresh work orders worth ₹132.28 crore. These included contracts to build permanent campuses for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in Assam’s South Salmara and West Karbi Anglong districts, valued at ₹55.46 crore each, along with a ₹21.36 crore project for a 200-bed sports hostel in Sambalpur for the Odisha government’s Sports & Youth Services Department.
HSCL operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC (India). NBCC currently has an order book of around ₹1.2 lakh crore, with projects worth nearly ₹38,000 crore under execution. The company plans to award another ₹20,000 crore worth of work during the current financial year, taking the value of projects under execution to around ₹58,000 crore.
