The upcoming highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO) of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), one of India’s leading stock exchanges, is set to see a significant change in the shareholding structure of the offer for sale (OFS), with SBI Capital Markets Ltd (SBICAPS) being added as a selling shareholder.
NSE has filed an addendum to its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), including SBICAPS as a selling shareholder in the proposed IPO.
According to the filing, SBICAPS will sell up to 87.81 lakh NSE shares as part of the offer.
