Paytm and AU Small Finance Bank have launched a co-branded RuPay credit card that offers rewards on select Paytm transactions and complimentary airport lounge access for families, the companies said on Wednesday (August 21).
The card has no joining or annual fee, according to the companies. It offers rewards of up to 2% on eligible Paytm UPI transactions and 5% on Paytm Travel bookings and Paytm Gold purchases.
Reward points can be redeemed for Paytm Gold at ₹1 per point, as well as for vouchers, bill payments and other benefits.
The card also provides up to 12 complimentary airport lounge visits a year for eligible flights booked through Paytm. Up to four family members can access lounges together under the benefit, using a QR-based entry system instead of a physical card. Lounge access is subject to the applicable terms and eligibility conditions.
The companies have not detailed in the announcement all the conditions governing reward eligibility and lounge access. Customers should check the card’s terms and conditions for details on eligible transactions, redemption rules and access limits.
How to apply
Customers can apply through the Paytm app by searching for “Credit Card”, selecting the Paytm AU SFB Credit Card from the available options and submitting the required details. The process includes KYC and verification, after which applicants can track their application status through the app.
