PB Wheels expands scope to include servicing, compliance tracking and vehicle management tools

PB Fintech Group’s vehicle services platform, PB Wheels, is expanding its offerings to integrate a broader range of services aimed at vehicle owners, including insurance management, servicing, compliance tracking and related utilities.

The Gurugram-based company said the platform is being positioned as a unified digital interface that allows users to manage multiple aspects of vehicle ownership, such as maintenance schedules, insurance policies, FASTag status, pollution under control (PUC) certification and traffic challans.

The move comes amid rising vehicle ownership in India, which has increased the need for managing servicing, regulatory compliance and repairs across different service providers. The company said the updated platform seeks to address this fragmentation by consolidating these services in one place.

PB Wheels currently allows users to access vehicle information, book servicing, and purchase or manage insurance products. The platform also provides tracking features for compliance-related requirements and on-road documentation.

According to the company, its services are available across more than 185 cities through a network of multi-brand garages. Service features include scheduling, pick-up and drop options, and updates on service progress, along with pricing visibility.

The expansion builds on PB Fintech’s broader strategy to extend its presence beyond insurance distribution into adjacent areas such as vehicle maintenance and lifecycle management.

Separately, the platform has introduced a ‘Safe Drive Home’ service in the Delhi-NCR region, which offers a designated driver facility intended to reduce instances of drunk driving.

PB Wheels said it has processed over 20,000 motor insurance claims worth around ₹30 crore in recent years, as part of its existing operations.

The company indicated that the integration of servicing, compliance and protection-related services is part of a longer-term effort to develop a technology-driven ecosystem for vehicle ownership management.
