Q1 Results Today, August 1: APL Apollo Tubes, Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL), Divi’s Laboratories and Muthoot Finance are among the companies set to announce their financial results for the first quarter of the current financial year today. The companies will disclose their Q1 earnings through the stock exchanges.
According to the BSE results calendar, 30 companies are scheduled to announce their quarterly earnings today. The earnings season continues to gain momentum, with firms from sectors including financial services, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, infrastructure, consumer goods, textiles, technology and packaging set to report their performance.

The Indian benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, closed higher for the third consecutive day on Friday, amid positive global cues and tracking a sharp rally in Bajaj Finance and foreign fund inflows.
The 30-share BSE Sensex gained 166.49 points, or 0.21 per cent, to settle at a more than three-week high of 78,094.64. During the day, the index jumped 344.1 points, or 0.44 per cent, to 78,272.25. 16 of its 30 constituents ended higher while 14 settled with losses. The 50-share NSE Nifty rose by 66.45 points, or 0.27 per cent, to end at a three-week high of 24,383.60.
