Reliance Industries Ltd, in an exchange filing earlier on April 17, informed the leading stock exchanges – BSE and NSE – that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Friday, April 24, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

“Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, inter alia, to: i. consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026…,” RIL said in an exchange filing.

Reliance Industries had declared its third-quarter earnings of FY26 at around 7 pm on January 16, 2026. Therefore, it is expected that the company will announce its fourth-quarter earnings at around the same time on Friday, April 24, 2026.
