SBI Funds Management IPO worth around Rs 11,693 crore, comprised only an Offer for Sale of 20.37 crore equity shares by existing shareholders State Bank of India (SBI) and Amundi India Holding. Since no fresh shares were issued, the company will not receive any proceeds from the public issue.
