In the current trading session, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd surged to a last traded price of 2121.8, marking a strong gain of 2.55%. HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd advanced 1.07% to 573.75, while HCL Technologies Ltd and Oil & Natural Gas Corpn Ltd both rose 0.88%, closing at 1174.4 and 247.11, respectively. Interglobe Aviation Ltd retreated 1.98% to 5207, leading the losers. Tata Steel Ltd slipped 1.62% to 188.1, followed by Bajaj Finserv Ltd down 1.45% to 1888.3.

In the previous trading session, Jio Financial Services Ltd surged to a closing price of 241.96, marking a strong gain of 3.68%.
