Revenue from operations during the quarter stood at ₹1,513.2 crore, compared with ₹1,325.2 crore in the year-ago period, while total income increased to ₹1,659.8 crore from ₹1,400.6 crore.
For FY26, the company posted a consolidated profit after tax of ₹1,352.9 crore, up from ₹843.6 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations for the year rose to ₹5,778 crore from ₹5,605.8 crore in the previous fiscal.
Company said its board has recommended a dividend of Re 1 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, representing 10% per share, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The proposed dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting and, if approved, will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval.

Ahead of its March quarter results announcement, shares of Shipping Corporation of India Ltd rallied 6.10% on May 8, with the stock closing at ₹339.10 on the NSE, up ₹19.50 from the previous close.
