The project will be located in Sector 71 along the Southern Peripheral Road and will span approximately 12.4 acres, featuring 812 residential units in 3-, 4-, and 4.5-BHK configurations.
Under the agreement, Signature Global has signed a licensing arrangement to brand the development as “Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram”, with the Italian brand’s design philosophy to be incorporated across key architectural and lifestyle elements, including common areas and amenities.

Tonino Lamborghini, Founder and President of the brand, said, “Entering the Indian branded real estate market for the first time through the project with Signature Global is a natural expression of my vision: creating lifestyle icons defined by a bold identity, Italian design culture, and uncompromising quality.”

The collaboration marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate segment and expands Signature Global’s presence in the premium housing category.
Signatureglobal India shares are off openings highs, currently trading 0.2% higher at ₹803.4. The stock is well below its 52-week high of ₹1,305.
