Net profit rose 2.36% year-on-year to ₹54.2 crore in Q4, compared with ₹53 crore in the same period last year. Revenue increased 16.4% to ₹898 crore from ₹771 crore, reflecting improved sales momentum.
Operating performance, however, remained largely flat. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood unchanged at ₹90.4 crore, while margins declined to 10.1% from 11.7% a year ago, indicating cost pressures.
The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of 235%, or ₹23.50 per equity share, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The 42nd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2026, with July 3 set as the record date for dividend eligibility. The payout will be made within stipulated timelines following shareholder approval.
