The company said the bid was issued by RailTel under tender number RAILTEL/TENDER/OT/CO/ITP/2026-27/DC – DR Infra/018, dated June 25, 2026. The project is a domestic contract.
Project to cover RailTel’s data centre and disaster recovery site
As part of the project, STL Networks will be responsible for deploying the cloud infrastructure solution at RailTel’s data centre and disaster recovery site. The scope includes the installation and configuration of the infrastructure, along with integration and migration activities.

The filing does not specify a separate execution timeline and refers to the terms set out in the tender document.
Being the lowest bidder does not, by itself, mean that the contract has been formally awarded.
Shares of STL Networks closed at ₹49.46, down 4.99% in the session.
