Profit Rises 7.3 per cent in Q4

ICICI Lombard reported a 7.3 per cent YoY increase in net profit to Rs 547 crore for Q4 FY26. Total income grew to Rs 6,619 crore from Rs 5,851 crore in the same period last year.

Profit Jumps 41 per cent

HDB Financial Services posted a strong 41.4 per cent YoY rise in profit to Rs 750.6 crore. Net interest income increased 21.6 per cent to Rs 2,398.8 crore.

Loss Widens, Revenue Slumps

Tejas Networks reported a consolidated loss of Rs 211.3 crore, widening from Rs 71.8 crore YoY. Revenue plunged 82.6 per cent to Rs 332.7 crore. CFO Sumit Dhingra has resigned, effective May 15.

Investors, including Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, bought 40 lakh shares worth Rs 186 crore from Nexus Venture Partners via open market transactions.
