Q1 Profit Edges Up

Coal India reported a 0.6 per cent rise in quarterly profit to Rs 8,852.1 crore, while revenue increased 7.8 per cent to Rs 46,254.8 crore.

Delivers Profit Growth

Tata Power posted an 11 per cent increase in profit to Rs 1,401 crore and 5.6 per cent revenue growth. Separately, the company announced a solar wafer and ingot manufacturing plant in Odisha.

Reports Quarterly Loss Despite Higher Revenue

Tata Chemicals posted a net loss of Rs 17 crore against last year’s Rs 252 crore profit. However, revenue rose 14.4 per cent to Rs 4,255 crore.

Happiest Minds Technologies

Posts Double-Digit Growth in Profit and Revenue

Happiest Minds Technologies reported an 18.3 per cent rise in profit to Rs 67.6 crore, while revenue climbed 14.3 per cent to Rs 628.5 crore.

Records Strong Revenue Growth

Bharat Electronics reported an 8.7 per cent increase in profit to Rs 1,054.3 crore. Revenue surged 25 per cent to Rs 5,547 crore.

InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo)

Elevates Kiran Thadimarri as New CFO

IndiGo on Monday announced the elevation of Deputy CFO Kiran Thadimarri to the post of Chief Financial Officer.

CFO Amit Agarwal Resigns

Pfizer announced Executive Director and CFO Amit Agarwal’s resignation, effective October 8, 2026.

Launches QIP

Adani Energy Solutions launched its Qualified Institutions Placement on July 27, setting the floor price at Rs 1,698.15 per share to raise capital.

Penalises Top Executives Over RBI Compliance Matter

HDFC Bank imposed a Rs 1 lakh penalty each on its CEO, CFO, and Retail Assets Head for divergence from RBI directions related to the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation case.

Raises stake in TVS Credit Services

TVS Motor acquired 1.13 crore shares, representing a 4.39 per cent stake in subsidiary TVS Credit Services, from Lucas-TVS for Rs 711 crore, increasing its ownership in the financial services business.
