Stocks to Watch Today, June 29: Shares of ITC, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Persistent Systems, NTPC, Power Grid, Bajaj Auto, Lupin, Zydus Lifesciences and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles will be in focus during today’s trading session after the companies announced key corporate developments, including acquisitions, management changes, regulatory approvals, investments, partnerships and expansion plans.

Embassy Developments will invest Rs 1,500 crore to build a 3 million sq ft office complex in Bengaluru to generate rental income.

Kotak Mahindra Bank said MD & CEO Ashok Vaswani will step down after completing his three-year tenure on December 31, 2026.

Persistent Systems will acquire German digital engineering company Nagarro, creating an AI-led digital engineering company with a USD 2.9 billion revenue run-rate.

HDFC Bank said an independent legal review found no evidence supporting concerns raised by former chairman Atanu Chakraborty in his resignation letter and public statements.

Higher Borrowing Limit Approved

Power Grid’s board approved increasing the company’s borrowing limit to Rs 2.2 lakh crore from Rs 1.8 lakh crore.

NTPC incorporated NTPC (Mauritius) Energy Limited as its wholly-owned subsidiary in Mauritius.

International Orders Secured

Transrail Lighting secured new international orders worth about Rs 459 crore.

Bajaj Auto said manufacturing, sales, and service operations continue normally despite the cybersecurity incident reported on June 23, 2026.

BEML

West Asia Export Order

BEML secured an additional export order worth USD 5.35 million from West Asia for heavy earthmoving equipment.

Zydus Lifesciences and Sunshine Healthcare will invest over USD 20 million to establish a pharmaceutical manufacturing joint venture in Sri Lanka.

Lupin

USFDA Tentative Approval

Lupin received tentative USFDA approval for its generic enzalutamide tablets to treat castration-resistant prostate cancer.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals received final USFDA approval for its generic oseltamivir phosphate oral suspension for influenza treatment.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles
