NEW DELHI: Shiromani Akali Dal leader Sukhbir Singh Badal was attacked in Maharashtra‘s Nanded on Thursday, according to news agency IANS and multiple TV reports. A police officer from his security team also sustained injuries.Badal was taken to a hospital for treatment, according to preliminary reports.Earlier in the day, he had visited Takht Sri Patna Sahib with his family.Further details awaited.
