Supreme Industries on Monday announced a final dividend of Rs 25 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following the approval of its audited financial statements for Q4FY26. The decision was taken at the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on April 21, 2026, as disclosed in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In its filing, the company said the board has “approved and adopted the Audited Financial Statements (both Consolidated and Standalone) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026.” The board further “recommended a final dividend at 1250 per cent i.e. Rs 25 per share of Rs 2 each (face value) on 12,70,26,870 equity shares for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026,” subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.

The company stated that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from June 27, 2026, to July 3, 2026, for the purpose of the AGM and dividend payment. According to the filing, “the dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration” and will be payable to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as of July 3, 2026, or to beneficial owners as on the record date of June 26, 2026, for shares held in dematerialised form.

Supreme Industries Q4FY26 Result

Supreme Industries Ltd reported a mixed but largely strong set of Q4 results on Monday, April 27, even as revenue came in slightly below market estimates. The company recorded a 47.5 per cent year‑on‑year jump in quarterly net profit to Rs 433.6 crore. For the full financial year, however, volume growth in the plastics pipes segment moderated. Supreme Industries posted 11.8 per cent volume growth, falling short of management’s earlier guidance of 15–17 per cent.

Q4FY26 Supreme Industries Result Highlights

  • Net profit surged 47.5 per cent YoY to Rs 433.6 crore in Q4FY26, compared with Rs 294 crore in Q4FY25.
  • Revenue from operations rose 16.5 per cent YoY to Rs 3,527.7 crore, up from Rs 3,027 crore a year ago.
  • EBITDA jumped 49.7 per cent YoY to Rs 622.8 crore, against Rs 416 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
  • EBITDA margin expanded sharply by 400 basis points to 17.7 per cent, from 13.7 per cent in Q4FY25, reflecting strong operating leverage.
  • The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 25 per share
