Tata Communications has announced a Rs 17.50 per share dividend for 2026 for shareholders. The announcement was made along with the quarterly earning results for the forth quarter FY2026 on Tuesday, April 21.
“The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of 17.50 per share [175%] (face value of ₹10/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid to eligible shareholders thereafter,” Tata Communications said in an exchange filing.
Meanwhile, the company also reported its Q4 FY26 consolidated results, with profit declining 74.7 per cent to Rs 263 crore from Rs 1,040.5 crore year-on-year, while revenue rose 9.4 per cent to Rs 6,554 crore compared to Rs 5,990 crore.
