Transport Corporation of India reported an 8.23% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹123.6 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared with ₹114.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations grew 12.3% YoY to ₹1,323.8 crore against ₹1,178.8 crore a year ago.
The company’s EBITDA increased 17% to ₹142.4 crore from ₹121.7 crore in the year-ago period, while EBITDA margin improved to 10.8% from 10.3% last year, supported by better operational performance.
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company had earlier announced an interim dividend of ₹9 per share, taking the total dividend payout for FY26 to ₹10 per equity share.

Shares of Transport Corporation of India ended 2% lower at ₹898 on the NSE on Tuesday.
