TVS Motor Q4 results 2026: Standalone profit surges 31.2% YoY to Rs 997 cr, revenue rises 34.1% YoY - Quarterly earnings details - Markets


Two-wheeler major TVS Motor Company Ltd on Wednesday reported a standalone net profit of Rs 997.7 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven by robust vehicle sales, implying a 31.2 per cent year-on-year rise. The company reported Rs 760.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal, TVS Motor Company said in a regulatory filing.

Standalone revenue from operations in the fourth quarter reported a growth of 34.1 per cent YoY to stand at Rs 12,807.6 crore as against Rs 9,550.4 crore in the year-ago period.

EBITDA reported a YoY growth of 26.2 per cent in the reporting quarter from Rs 1,331 crore posted in the same period of the last financial year. EBITDA margin contracted to 13.1 per cent in Q4 FY26 against 13.9 per cent in Q4 FY25.

During the quarter, overall two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales, including international business, grew by 28 per cent to 15.60 lakh units as against 12.16 Lakh units in the year-ago period, the company said.

Motorcycle sales in the fourth quarter grew by 23 per cent to 6.93 lakh units as against 5.64 lakh units in the same period of the preceding financial year, while scooter sales for the quarter ended March 2026 grew by 32 per cent to 6.60 lakh units from 5.02 Lakh units in Q4FY25.

Electric vehicle sales grew by 51 per cent to 1.15 lakh units, up from 76,000 units during the quarter ended March 2025.

Three-wheeler sales for the quarter under review grew by 65 per cent, registering 60,000 units as against 37,000 units in the fourth quarter of 2024-25, the company said.

Total expenses in the fourth quarter were higher at Rs 13,746.18 crore, compared to Rs 10,464.9 crore in the same period a year ago.

In FY26, consolidated net profit stood at Rs 3,186.43 crore as against Rs 2,379.81 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations for the full fiscal increased to Rs 56,069.52 crore from Rs 44,089 crore in the preceding financial year.

During the year ended March 2026, overall two- and three-wheeler sales grew by 24 per cent to 58.89 lakh units, up from 47.44 lakh units in 2024-25.
