In the exchange filing issued on Friday, the fashion retail company reported same-store sales growth of 0.5% YoY. The company added 49 new stores & closed 3 stores in this quarter.
In the previous quarter, i.e., Q1 of FY27, the company reported a robust business performance update for the first quarter of FY27. V2 Retail’s standalone revenue grew 58% on a year-over-year basis, reaching ₹997 crore compared to ₹630 crore in the equivalent quarter of the preceding financial year.

The value fashion retailer saw a 7.5% year-over-year increase in same-store sales growth (SSSG) throughout the quarter. V2 Retail’s monthly sales per square foot bagged ₹886 in Q1 FY27, aided by enhanced operational performance and robust sales productivity.
The company ascribed these results to its analytics-based assortment methodology and merchandise-centric approach, which facilitated enhanced merchandise planning.
