Revenue from operations rose 7.2% to ₹301.4 crore from ₹281.2 crore a year earlier. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 8.6% to ₹131 crore from ₹120.6 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 43.5% from 42.9% in the corresponding quarter last year.
During the first quarter of FY27, Vedant Fashions reported a 3.4% year-on-year growth in retail sales, while domestic same-store sales growth (SSSG) stood at 3.8%. Net profit (PAT) margin stood at 26.7%.

As of June 2026, Vedant Fashions had an exclusive brand outlet (EBO) network spanning 1.67 million square feet across 501 stores in 205 domestic cities and towns. These figures exclude 136 shop-in-shop (SIS) stores covering 65,000 square feet and 14 international stores spanning 32,000 square feet across nine global cities.
The company’s exclusive brand outlet (EBO) footprint declined by a net 15,100 square feet during the quarter. Its shop-in-shop (SIS) network and international stores also saw net reductions of 5,800 square feet and 7,700 square feet, respectively.

Separately, the board approved the reappointment of Ravi Modi as Chairman and Managing Director for a further term of five consecutive years from August 28, 2026, to August 27, 2031. The reappointment is subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). Ravi Modi will continue to be liable to retire by rotation.
The board also approved the reappointment of Shilpi Modi as Whole-time Director for a further term of five consecutive years from August 28, 2026, to August 27, 2031, subject to shareholders’ approval at the AGM. She will also be liable to retire by rotation.
In addition, Vedant Fashions approved the reappointment of Manish Mahendra Choksi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years from September 6, 2026, to September 5, 2031. His appointment is subject to shareholders’ approval at the AGM, and he will not be liable to retire by rotation.

Vedant Fashions is best known for its flagship ethnic wear brand Manyavar and operates across men’s and women’s celebration wear categories through brands such as Mohey, Mebaz and Twamev, catering to wedding and festive apparel demand across India and overseas markets.
On Friday (July 25), shares of Vedant Fashions Ltd ended at ₹406.70, up by ₹4.50, or 1.12%, on the BSE.
