PAT for the quarter rose to ₹1,126.26 crore, marking a 74.76% year-on-year increase.
Commenting on the results Jignesh Rathod, Whole Time Director & CEO, Waaree Energies Ltd said, “Waaree Energies Ltd. has delivered a record-breaking performance in FY26, reaching total revenue from operations
of ₹26,536.77 Cr. Our operational milestones have been equally significant, as we have scaled our production across module and cell.”
Operating EBITDA for Q4 came in at ₹1,576.76 crore, up 70.91% YoY, with margins at 18.59%. Total EBITDA for FY26 reached ₹6,616.79 crore, surpassing the guided range of ₹5,500 crore to ₹6,000 crore.
Whole Time Director & CEO, Waaree Energies Ltd added, “I am particularly proud to share that we have exceeded our previously issued total EBITDA guidance of ₹5,500 Cr- ₹6,000 Cr demonstrating the effectiveness of our growth strategy and disciplined execution.”
He stated, “As we enter FY27, company is projecting an Operating EBITDA range of ₹7,000 – 7,700 crore.”
The firm said that it achieved module production of 4.2 GW during the quarter and a record annual production of 12.6 GW for FY26, supported by operational efficiency and scale advantages.
During the quarter, Waaree Energies Limited completed the acquisition of a strategic stake in United Solar Holding Inc., Oman’s polysilicon leader, aimed at securing a traceable supply chain and supporting global expansion.
The company’s board approved a ₹3,900 crore capex for a 2,500 TPD glass manufacturing plant and commenced construction of a 10 GW integrated ingot and wafer facility in Nagpur with a ₹6,200 crore investment, strengthening upstream solar manufacturing capabilities.
Additionally, 3 GW of module capacity was commissioned at Samakhiali, Gujarat during the quarter.
The company said that the board also recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share, taking the total dividend for FY26 to ₹4 per share on a face value of ₹10.
Ahead of the results, Waaree Energies Ltd ended the session at ₹3,525.10 on the NSE, gaining 2.07% or ₹71.50 during the day.
