Zen Technologies reported a sharp decline in its financial performance for the fourth quarter, with profit, revenue, and operating metrics all falling on a year-on-year basis.
The company’s net profit dropped 68.8% to ₹31.5 crore in Q4, compared with ₹101.1 crore in the same period last year.
Revenue also declined 45.2% year-on-year to ₹178.1 crore, down from ₹324.9 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

Operating performance weakened during the quarter. EBITDA fell 63.1% to ₹51 crore from ₹138 crore last year. EBITDA margins narrowed to 28.6%, compared with 42.5% in the year-ago period.
The decline reflects a broad-based contraction across key financial indicators for the quarter.
