According to a notice issued by the Commission on August 3, the meetings are meant only for stakeholders located or registered in Rajasthan who have already submitted their memorandum to the Commission but are yet to interact with it.
Eligible associations, federations and unions can seek an appointment with the Commission by submitting a request through the online portal. The last date to submit the request is August 18, 2026. Applicants must provide the unique Memo ID generated while submitting their memorandum.
The Commission said details of the meeting venue and timings will be communicated to selected stakeholders through email.
The notice also clarified that similar meetings will be organised in other states and Union Territories in the coming months, with details to be announced on the Commission’s website. It advised stakeholders from states other than Rajasthan to wait for the Commission’s visit to their respective regions rather than applying for the Jaipur interaction.
The stakeholder consultations are part of the Commission’s ongoing exercise to gather inputs from employee representatives before finalising its recommendations on pay, allowances and related service conditions for Central government employees and pensioners.
