Sugarcane is a long-duration crop with high and sustained nutrient requirements. Paradeep Phosphates said imbalanced fertiliser practices, including excessive nitrogen application and inadequate supplementation of secondary and micronutrients, can affect nutrient use efficiency, crop performance and soil health.
Field evaluations of the product indicated the potential of balanced crop nutrition to improve crop vigour, nutrient use efficiency and overall crop performance. Under suitable agronomic conditions, balanced nutrition practices can contribute to higher cane yields, improved sugar recovery and better economic returns, the company said.
JAI KISAAN NAVRATNA CROPFIT is designed to improve nutrient use efficiency, promote healthier crop growth and address deficiencies of key secondary and micronutrients. It is also intended to support cane development and productivity and potentially enhance sugar recovery.
