Amazon’s Great Indian Festival begins on October 8, with customers using SBI credit cards, debit cards and eligible credit-card EMI transactions getting a 10% instant discount. Amazon is also offering additional benefits to Prime members during the sale.
On Flipkart, the Big Billion Days sale will begin for the general public on October 9, with early access from October 8 for Plus, Black and eligible Flipkart credit card members. Flipkart is offering an instant discount of up to 10% on eligible transactions made using ICICI Bank and Axis Bank cards.
ICICI Bankhas separately announced its festive offers across shopping, smartphones, electronics, travel, fashion and home-related purchases.
Under its offers, customers can get instant cashback of up to ₹7,000 on select new iPhone models, including the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, and up to ₹15,000 on select other Apple products. The offers are available through specified ICICI Bank card transactions and EMI options, subject to the applicable terms.
For other electronics, ICICI Bank is offering discounts of up to ₹30,000 on select products from brands including LG, Samsung, Haier, Sony, HP and Microsoft Surface. Offers are also available at electronics retailers such as Croma, Reliance Digital and Vijay Sales.
The bank is offering discounts of up to ₹35,000 on flights, hotels and holiday packages across travel platforms including MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Yatra, EaseMyTrip and Ixigo. On specified MakeMyTrip transactions, the offers include up to 12% off on domestic flights and up to 15% off on domestic hotel bookings, subject to applicable caps and conditions.
ICICI Bank is also offering a 10% discount on eligible Air India flight bookings made through the airline’s website. Other festive offers include discounts of up to 12% at Tata Cliq and Ajio and up to 30% on select furniture and home décor purchases.
The offers across banks and platforms come with different conditions. The discount may be available only on particular card variants, transaction amounts or EMI purchases, while some offers have maximum discount caps. Customers may also need to check whether the discount is applicable to credit cards, debit cards or both.
Separately, the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card offers regular cashback of 5% to Prime members and 3% to non-Prime members on Amazon purchases. This is an ongoing card benefit and is separate from the festive discounts announced for the shopping sale.
