Applications for the card will open on the CheQ app from April 28.
The companies said the card introduces an LED that lights up during tap-to-pay transactions, providing instant visual confirmation. The feature is powered by the NFC field of the point-of-sale terminal and does not require a battery.
CheQ said the launch marks its entry into the credit card issuance segment. The company stated that the product is based on usage insights from its credit card and user base, and is designed to address issues such as fragmented rewards and complex redemption systems.
Aditya Soni, Founder and CEO of CheQ, said the card is aimed at simplifying credit usage and improving transaction experience, adding that the LED feature is intended to make payments more visible and intuitive.

The card offers a unified rewards system under CheQ Points. According to the companies, users will earn 12% rewards on select categories including e-commerce and bill payments, 5% on everyday spending categories, 2.5% on UPI transactions via RuPay, and 1% on other spends.
Rewards can be redeemed within the CheQ ecosystem, including gift cards across partner brands, travel bookings via CheQ Travel, and bill payments.
The card will operate on both Visa and RuPay networks to support global acceptance and UPI-based transactions. It carries an annual fee of ₹499, which is waived on annual spends of ₹3 lakh. The LED variant has an additional one-time fee of ₹999, which is waived until May 31. Cardholders will also receive a complimentary EazyDiner membership as a welcome benefit.
