Endurance Tech Q4 net profit rises 13% on strong revenue growth; declares ₹11.50 dividend


Auto component maker Endurance Technologies Ltd on Thursday (May 14) reported a 12.8% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at ₹276.5 crore for the fourth quarter, compared with ₹245.1 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue increased 37.9% year-on-year to ₹4,086 crore from ₹2,964 crore in the corresponding quarter. EBITDA rose 34.4% to ₹567.8 crore from ₹422.5 crore a year earlier, while EBITDA margin stood at 13.9% compared with 14.3% in the year-ago period.

Standalone total income, including other income, increased 20% during the year.

The company reported a 26.1% year-on-year rise in consolidated total income, including other income, for FY26. The company said 73% of consolidated total income, including other income, came from Indian operations, including Maxwell, while the remaining contribution came from European operations.

Consolidated EBITDA margin stood at 14.2% compared with 14.3% in the previous year. The company said its European business reported margin expansion. Consolidated profit after tax for FY26 stood at ₹952 crore, up 13.8% from the previous year. Aftermarket sales from Indian operations rose to ₹575 crore from ₹506 crore in the last financial year.

Consolidated basic and diluted earnings per share for the year stood at ₹67.66 per share, compared with ₹59.46 per share in the corresponding period last year.

The company’s board recommended a dividend of ₹11.50 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, equivalent to 115%, for the financial year 2025–26. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or before September 12, 2026. The company has fixed July 31, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement for the proposed dividend.

Shares of Endurance Technologies Ltd ended at ₹2,618.80, up by ₹86.65, or 3.42%, on the BSE.
