Jake Dennis was just five points behind championship winner Pascal Wehrlein and ended up being the first runner-up in the Formula E World Championship while Wehrlein grabbed the title. Dennis had a disappointing London E-Prix as he started from the 16th position and ended up in 18th. Still, he was able to maintain his second position in the championship. His family was there to cheer for him from the paddock, including his pregnant fiancee Lexi Grace Boosey. She later shared a few glimpses from the paddock along with a note of appreciation for Dennis.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Lexi Grace Boosey shared a group picture with Jake Dennis’ family members and friends as they all posed together at the paddock. Boosey is all set to deliver her first child and attended the race in a white bodycon dress.She penned a note for Dennis to cheer his spirits and reflect on the season gone by. She wrote: “Truly everyone’s world champ. Instead of a blue acrylic trophy, you’re coming home with respect, integrity, and total class. Depsite some of life’s most challenging moments off track this year, you have not wavered once or made a single excuse. Instead, it pushed you to be greater than you ever have been before – as an athlete & man. A perfect role model for our daughter. We love you beyond.”

Jake Dennis’ sister Jade Dennis shared a picture of how they all put a hand on Boosey’s baby bump as they watched the championship finale. She wrote along with it: “Keeping my gorgeous niece safe inside whilst watching the most tense race of our lives.”

Jake Dennis seems to have fallen short of words after the championship finale as he lost the title to Porsche driver Pascal Wehrlein.
