The projects are located in Malad West, Kandivali West, Kandivali East and Borivali West. Together, they cover a total plot area of around 45,204 square metres, or 11.17 acres. The projects are expected to have a saleable carpet area of approximately 15 lakh square feet and a construction area of around 51 lakh square feet.
Two of the projects are in Kandivali — Ashok Nagar in Kandivali East and Shankar Lane in Kandivali West. Together, they cover around 12,612 square metres, with a projected saleable carpet area of 3.5 lakh square feet and an estimated gross development value of ₹1,100 crore.
The Malad West redevelopment project, spread across approximately 8,428 square metres, is expected to have a saleable carpet area of 2.5 lakh square feet and a turnover potential of around ₹900 crore.
The largest of the four is the Yogi Nagar–Plot B cluster redevelopment project in Borivali West. Spread across approximately 24,165 square metres, it is expected to offer around 9 lakh square feet of saleable carpet area and has a potential turnover of approximately ₹3,000 crore.
The additions expand Arkade Developers’ redevelopment pipeline across some of Mumbai’s established residential markets.
“Redevelopment is a crucial part of Mumbai’s real estate growth journey and remains a core strength of our brand as we contribute to the city’s ever-evolving skyline,” Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers, said.
Jain also highlighted the company’s recent completion of Arkade Eden in Malad West, where it received the occupancy certificate nine months ahead of the committed RERA date.

The company said the new projects are aimed at strengthening its presence across western Mumbai and expanding its redevelopment portfolio.
Shares of Arkade Developers rose as much as 1.11% to ₹131 following the announcement, before reversing gains. The stock was trading 0.78% lower at ₹129 as of 2:35 p.m.
