In a filing to the stock exchanges, the promoter said it will sell an additional 2.03 lakh shares, representing 0.75% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of Bosch Home Comfort India. The additional shares are over and above the base offer size of 19.64 lakh shares, representing 7.22% of the company’s paid-up equity share capital.
Following the exercise of the oversubscription option, the total offer size has increased to up to 21.67 lakh equity shares, equivalent to 7.97% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of Bosch Home Comfort India.ALSO READ | Bosch Home Comfort OFS: Bosch Global Software likely to sell 7.97% stake
The OFS was launched through a separate designated window of the stock exchanges. The offer opened on June 18, 2026, for non-retail investors and will continue on June 19, 2026, for retail investors and non-retail investors who choose to carry forward their unallotted bids.
At the end of the March quarter shareholding pattern, promoters of Bosch Home Comfort have a 82.22% stake in the company, where Johnson Controls Hitachi AC India Holdco Ltd. has a 74.22% stake, while Bosch Global Software has a 7.97% stake.
Among the public shareholders, Mutual Funds had a 0.96% stake in the company at the end of the March quarter, FPIs had a 0.67% stake, while close to 30,000 small retail investors had a 9.3% stake in the company.

Shares of Bosch Home Comfort India Ltd ended at ₹1,405.95, up by ₹127.80, or 10.00%, on the BSE.
