Samvardhana Motherson share price in focus: Samvardhana Motherson International on Wednesday, May 20, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,497 crore for the March quarter compared to Rs 1,024 crore in the year-ago period, implying a 46 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the owners of the company. Revenue from operations rose 8 per cent YoY to Rs 32,356 crore, achieving record-high quarterly numbers.

The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.25/- (Twenty-Five Paise only) per equity share (face value of Rs 1/- each) on entire equity share capital consisting of 10,55,44,42,601 nos. of equity shares, for financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled to be held on July 30, 2026.

The final dividend, if declared, by the Shareholders at the forthcoming AGM shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration. The final dividend will be in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs 0.35/- (Thirty-Five Paise only) paid for the financial year 2025-26. Accordingly, the total dividend for the financial year 2025-26 would aggregate to Rs 0.60/- (Sixty Paise only) per equity share, as against Rs 0.57/- (Fifty-Seven Paise only) (post bonus) per equity share paid for the financial year 2024-25.
