Hospitality firm EIH Ltd, which runs hotels and resorts under Oberoi and Trident brands, on Thursday (August 6) reported a consolidated net profit of ₹117.1 crore for the first quarter of FY27, up 246% year-on-year from ₹33.9 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Revenue from operations increased 14.5% to ₹657 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹573.6 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 4.2% year-on-year to ₹166.5 crore, compared with ₹159.8 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA margin stood at 25.4% during the quarter, compared with 27.9% in the corresponding period last year.
Shares of EIH Ltd ended at ₹326.00, down by ₹1.00, or 0.31%, on the BSE.
