Recently, the ‘Ocean’s 11’ actor and his wife attended a charitable event, accompanied by their 8-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander. Held on Italy’s Lake Como shores, the benefit was connected to Clooney’s own non-profit organisation.Hola! Hola! reported that the couple arrived at the venue via a private boat and hosted guests at their iconic Villa Passalacqua on August 10. For the event, George was photographed wearing a classic all-grey suit set with a white button-up. Amal, on the other hand, looked stunning in a beautiful black bodycon dress. The dress had thin straps and featured some colourful floral embroidery across the waist, adding a much-needed pop to the neutral fit. She accessorised by keeping her hair down and wearing chunky black sunglasses. The couple was seen arriving at the venue with their twins; Ella sported a tiered gold dress while Alexander wore a light-colored blazer set.The event promoted Clooney’s non-profit’s ongoing work and brought together like-minded philanthropists and supporters. The organisation provides legal aid to human rights initiatives in more than 40 countries.

Over the years, the actor has shared on multiple occasions how and why he wants his children sheltered from Hollywood and to grow away from the limelight. During an old interview with Esquire, the actor shared that they live on a farm and like the privacy their property brings them. He added, “You know, we live on a farm in France. A good portion of my life growing up was on a farm, and as a kid, I hated the whole idea of it. But now, for them, it’s like—they’re not on their iPads, you know?”As to why he keeps them away from Hollywood? The actor shared, “I was worried about raising our kids in LA, in the culture of Hollywood. I felt like they were never going to get a fair shake at life.” He detailed how he wishes for them to have normal lives and not care about fame and all of the other things that come with it. He revealed that his children are responsible for their chores and lead a much better life out on the farm.
