HDFC AMC reported a 2 per cent year-on-year (YoY) decline in its profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 623 crore in Q4 FY26 against Rs 638 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
The revenue from operations was up 17 per cent YoY at 1,051 crore in the reporting quarter versus Rs 901 crore in the year-ago period.
Other income was at Rs 11 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 124 crore in Q4 FY5.
The board of HDFC AMC today recommended a final dividend of Rs 54 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
“Recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 54/- (Rupees Fifty Four only) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” HDFC AMC said in an exchange filing.
“The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be remitted within the applicable regulatory timelines after the Annual General Meeting,” it added.
