As per the agreement, Hexaware can sell, integrate and support Claude models directly to enterprise clients globally, strengthening its AI-first strategy and expanding its enterprise AI offerings.
The partnership brings Anthropic-powered Claude to Hexaware’s enterprise clients and enables the deployment of safe and high-performance AI at scale.
Claude is designed for enterprise use cases and supports complex, high-stakes applications across multiple sectors including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail, transportation.
Hexaware Tech has deep domain expertise and global delivery presence in these sectors.
For Hexaware’s customers, the reseller status translates into immediate advantages such as simplified access to Claude models, faster time-to-value for enterprise deployment and reduced procurement friction.
It also includes end-to-end AI delivery, with Hexaware’s global team combining Claude with industry solutions, integration services and change management to deliver fully-operational AI systems.
The company’s clients will also get scalable customization options, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), custom prompts and domain turning to improve relevance and performance.
Hexaware said the arrangement enables faster innovation by leveraging its delivery capabilities with Anthropic advancements, helping its clients to remain at the forefront of AI adoption.
The authorized reseller status will strengthen Hexaware’s ability to delivery Claude-powered solutions across key use cases such as automated compliance, intelligent document processing, advanced customer service, supply chain intelligence, clinical data summarization, and AI-assisted software engineering.
Shares of Hexaware Tech gained 8.9% to hit an intraday high of 539 apiece. The stock was up 7.1% at 530.1 apiece at 11.30 am. It has declined 30% this year, so far.
