Horizon Industrial Parks IPO Listing: The shares of Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd made a flat debut on the D-street on Monday, August 24. The price band for the public issue was Rs 57-60 per share.

Horizon Industrial Parks IPO subscription details

The initial share sale of Horizon Industrial Parks was subscribed 1.45 times on the last day of bidding on Wednesday. The company’s Rs 2,600-crore IPO received bids for 36,37,98,000 shares against 25,13,56,273 shares on offer, according to NSE data.

The portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 1.85 times. The category for non-institutional investors received 98 per cent subscription and the quota for retail investors was subscribed 96 per cent.

Horizon Industrial Parks IPO details

The IPO comprises entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. At the upper price band, the IPO values the company at a post-issue market capitalisation of around Rs 17,298 crore.

The company proposes to use the IPO proceeds primarily to repay borrowings.
