The earnings season is set to start next month in July. India’s second-largest IT services firm, Infosys Ltd, has announced its schedule to release its first-quarter earnings for the financial year 2026-27.
The IT behemoth informed this through an exchange filing on Monday, June 15.
Infosys, in the exchange filing, informed the bourses that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on Thursday, July 23, 2026, to approve the financial results of the company and its subsidiaries.
“This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, July 22 and 23, 2026 inter alia to: 1. Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026; 2. Approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter ending June 30, 2026; 3. Approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter ending June 30, 2026…,” the IT company said in the regulatory filing.
“The financial results will be presented to the Board of Directors on July 23, 2026 for their approval,” it added.
Infosys had declared Q4 FY26 results at around 6 PM on April 23, 2026. Therefore, it is expected that the IT giant might announce its Q1 FY27 results at the same time on Thursday, July 23, 2026.
Infosys Q1 results FY27: Trading window closure
In the regulatory filing, Infosys said the company will close the trading window for the earnings release of the quarter ending June 30, 2026 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
“Accordingly, the trading window will be closed from June 16, 2026 and will re-open on July 27, 2026,” it added.
Infosys Q1 results FY27: Investors call
The company will hold investor/ analyst calls on July 23, 2026 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 and business outlook.
“Details of the calls will be published on the Company’s website in due course,” Infosys said.
Infosys Q4 FY26 results details
Infosys reported a 20.8 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 8,501 crore for the January to March quarter of FY26.
Revenue from operations rose 13.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 46,402 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 40,925 crore in the same period last year.
For the full financial year 2025-26, net profit grew 10.2 per cent to Rs 29,440 crore, up from Rs 26,713 crore in the previous year, while revenue increased 9.6 per cent to Rs 1,78,650 crore.
